The gender roles so far are premitve. The men are the ones who seek and are fighting for power, Miranda is sheltered and looks very innocent as the only women we have meet so far.

Can you explain a little more about what you mean when you say that the gender roles are primitive? Do you mean that they are old fashioned?
It’s very interesting that Miranda is the only woman we have met and that she’s quite sheltered.

I found that the fear was Miranda was afraid that her father had the power to create the storm and afraid for the people on the boat to die.

Sherrita and I got power to me in the act 1 scene 2 power was used when prospero made a storm which is very powerful

Power relates to how Prospero controlled the storm and him being the duke of Milan
